Product Returns / Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

You may return unopened and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery. Email us at support@circlelenseseurope.com and state why you wish to return the product and we will contact you. Please note that the product must be returned unopened and undamaged in the original packaging for the warranty to apply. Always contact our customer service prior to returning products. E-mail our customer service at support@circlelenseseurope.com and state your reasons for the return and your order number and we reply to you shortly with instructions on how to proceed. The product must be well packaged, preferably in the original delivery package. Any delivery damage due to poor packaging will be charged to the customer. CirclelensesEurope.com takes no responsibility for the transportation of the return. The customer will pay for the return shipping costs.
