Shipping and pricing
All prices are inclusive of VAT and on all orders there will be added a  shipping fee of 3 €.

Delivery times
We always send your order within 24 hours by first class mail. Post's delivery time will be added. Post's delivery time is usually 3-7 business days in Europe.

Information on withdrawal
Under the Distance and Doorstep Sales Act, you as a consumer (not business) have the right to withdraw from the contract by notifying us within 14 days of receipt of goods. For You to be able to use your right to cancel you must return the item in undamaged condition, in original packaging. Damaged Goods
When you get your delivery, it is important that you check the packaging and contents so that it is not damaged. In case of damage, notify it to your post office or directly to the Post. Note! Save the confirmation you receive from the Post Office if your goods are damaged and notify us as soon as possible but no later than 1 week after you received your order.

Delivery Information and delivery Delays

We deliver to following countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom and Austria.

The delivery process is a cooperation between us and the postal services. If you place your order after 2 PM the shipment will be sent the following business day. CirclelensesEurope.com is not responsible for any delays caused by the postal service. Damage caused directly or indirectly by later delivery than agreed, will not be replaced by us. At high order and low availability we will notify the customer immediately via email at any delays in deliveries.

Customs Duties

CirclelensesEurope.com does not hold any responsibilities for any delay due to custom or tax regulations of the country. Recipients are the responsible party to pay for any tax or import duties or any extra fees that the recipients country may add to the order. That is, CirclelensesEurope.com are not responsible if your country's customs charges you taxes and duties.

Product Returns / Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

You may return unopened and unmarked items within 30 days of delivery. Email us at support@circlelenseseurope.com and state why you wish to return the product and we will contact you. Please note that the product must be returned unopened and undamaged in the original packaging for the warranty to apply.  Always contact our customer service prior to returning products. E-mail our customer service at support@circlelenseseurope.com and state your reasons for the return and your order number and we reply to you shortly with instructions on how to proceed. The product must be well packaged, preferably in the original delivery package. Any delivery damage due to poor packaging will be charged to the customer. CirclelensesEurope.com takes no responsibility for the transportation of the return. The customer will pay for the return shipping costs.

Age Limit
There is no "minimum" age limit to use lenses but those under 18 must have parent or guardian's consent before oredering from us.
We are not responsible for minors who through breach of guardianship order without permission. According to (FB 9: 6 9: 7) enters agreement between minors and Circlelenseseurope.com legal force as the guardians made it possible for the minor to behave so that it looks as if he/she has permission. The goods are sent in good faith, and should a dispute arise, it shall be resolved between the minor and his/hers guardian.

Coupons that can be utilized are often limited in time and personalized. With the distribution of a discount code Circlelenseseurope.com indicates if the code is personal and therefore reserves the right to refuse a customer the utilization of a discount code if the code is misused.
